Step 1: Select the Request Type

Start from the dashboard and navigate to the Prescription Handling section. Here you have two options:

  1. Anamnesis Based: Process prescriptions based on telemedicine medical questionnaires.

  2. Direct Prescriptions: Find prescriptions created by doctors during video consultations that are pending signature or prescription requests without a questionnaire that still need to be signed.

Step 2: The Processing View (Anamnesis Based)

When you select Anamnesis Based, the detailed view for the case opens. This is divided into three columns to give you all necessary information at a glance:

  • Left (Patient Record): Shows Patient Information such as name, birth date, email, and ID status.

  • Center (Current Case): Displays information from the current questionnaire and the requested medication.

  • Right (History): Lists past orders and anamneses to help you better assess the patient's history.

Step 3: Notes and Internal Communication

On the left side, below the patient data, you will find the Patient Notes and Order Notes sections.

Here you can write notes about the patient. Pay special attention to the "Is Internal?" checkbox:

  • Checkbox checked (Is Internal?): The note is private and visible only to you (the author).

  • Checkbox unchecked: The note is visible to all doctors, including in future consultations.

Below that, you will see Order Notes if applicable, which relate specifically to the current order.

Step 4: Make a Decision

Once you have reviewed all the information, you can perform an action using the colored buttons in the top left:

  • Accept (Green): You approve the request, and the prescription is issued.

  • Decline (Red): You reject the request.

  • Support (Blue): You request support or clarification.

➔ The case will be displayed to other doctors unless 'Is internal?' is selected.

Step 5: Sign the Prescription (Important)

If you have accepted the request, the process is not yet complete. The prescription must now be legally signed.

  1. Navigate to the Upload Center in the menu.

  2. There you will find the generated prescription ready for your signature.
