Step 1: Download Prescriptions

  1. Navigate to the Upload Center in the left menu (icon with the arrow pointing up).

  2. In the Manual Signing section, look for Step 1: Download Prescriptions.

  3. Click the Download Prescriptions button.

    • You will receive a ZIP file containing all prescriptions pending signature (maximum 100 per download).

Step 2: Check and sign

This is the most critical step. Process the files locally on your computer:

  1. Extract the downloaded ZIP file.

  2. Open and review the individual prescription files.

  3. Apply your qualified electronic signature (QES).

Important regarding filenames:

For the system to recognize the files, the filename must not be changed. The only difference should be the suffix _sig.

Step 3: Upload Prescriptions

Once the files are signed, upload them back into the system:

  1. Go to the section Step 3: Upload Prescriptions.

  2. Click on Select Files and choose all the signed PDF files.

  3. Finally, click on Upload to complete the process.

Done! The process is now fully complete. The prescription has been signed and can now be forwarded to the pharmacy.
