Step 1: Start the signature process

  1. Navigate to the Upload Center (arrow icon) in the left-hand menu.

  2. Locate the Electronic Prescription Signature (Elektronische Verschreibungsunterschrift) section.

Here you will see a display showing the current status of your signature queue.

Our tip for maximum efficiency: The system bundles prescriptions into batches of up to 50. Although you can sign smaller quantities, we recommend waiting until a batch of 50 prescriptions is full.

3. Click on the Sign prescription batch button.

4. Check for waiting prescriptions.

If there are still unprocessed cases in your Anamnesis Center, a pop-up window will alert you. This helps ensure you don't overlook any patients and utilize your batch size (up to 50) efficiently.

You have two options here:

  • Go to Anamnesis Center: Click the dark blue button ("Zum Anamnesezentrum gehen") to review and approve waiting cases. These will then be added to your current signature batch.

  • Sign this batch now: Select the text link ("Diesen Stapel jetzt unterschreiben") if you want to process the other cases later and only wish to sign the currently prepared prescriptions immediately.

Step 2: Redirect to YouSign

You will now be automatically redirected to the secure YouSign signature page.

Click the "START" button on the welcome screen.

Step 3: Complete the signature

The document will now be displayed. Your signature is automatically placed in the correct position (marked by the green box).

To complete the process and legally sign the entire batch, click on "SIGN" in the bottom right corner.

Finally, follow the SMS authentication steps provided by YouSign to confirm your identity. Once this is done, all prescriptions in the batch are signed.
