1. Open the login page of our platform.

3. Enter the email address you used to register with us.
4. You will receive an email from us with a reset link.
5. Click the link in the email to set a new password.
The link is only valid for a limited time for security reasons.
6. Choose a new, secure password and confirm it.
7. Log in again using your new password.

Check your spam/junk folder
Search for our platform name: “rxscale”
Make sure you entered the correct email address
Wait 2–3 minutes, as delivery may occasionally be delayed
