The Inventory section of the Pharmacy Tool gives you a complete overview of your items, allows for stock adjustments, and helps you monitor inventory status at any time.
1. Inventory Overview
Column | Description |
Title | Displays the name and version of the item |
Type | Type of product |
Price | Price per unit |
Stock | Current stock level |
Created At | Timestamp of initial creation |
Updated At | Timestamp of last modification |
Actions | Edit function to adjust inventory (see below) |
2. Action – Stock Adjustment
Edit Stock
Click on the package icon in the "Actions" column to adjust the stock level of a specific item.
A popup window will open with:
Stock amount: Input field for the new stock quantity
Buttons:
Submit Item: Saves the new stock levelCancel: Closes the window without saving changes
