In the “Upload Center” tab of the Doctor’s Portal, you can download all pending prescriptions as a single ZIP file, review and sign them locally, and then re-upload them into the system.

1. Status Display – Number of Pending Prescriptions

At the top right, you'll see the current number of prescriptions waiting to be signed:

  • Example:

    1 prescriptions in queue

    (Prescriptions waiting for signature)

Action:

  • Refresh button: Updates the status of the current queue

The Upload Center is divided into three consecutive steps:

Description:

  • Open and review each PDF prescription.

  • Sign each prescription and do not change the filename, except for adding _sig at the end (e.g. prescription123_sig.pdf).

Step 3 – Upload Prescriptions

Description:

  • Click Select Files to choose all signed PDF files.

  • After selecting, a file preview will appear.

  • Completing the upload will mark all prescriptions as signed in the system.
