Upload Center – Managing Signed Prescriptions

Download prescriptions to be signed and upload them back into the system after signature.

In the “Upload Center” tab of the Doctor’s Portal, you can download all pending prescriptions as a single ZIP file, review and sign them locally, and then re-upload them into the system.

1. Status Display – Number of Pending Prescriptions

At the top right, you'll see the current number of prescriptions waiting to be signed:

  • Example:

    1 prescriptions in queue

    (Prescriptions waiting for signature)

Action:

  • Refresh button: Updates the status of the current queue


2. Step-by-Step Process

The Upload Center is divided into three consecutive steps:

Step 1 – Download Prescriptions

Description:


Download the ZIP file containing all prescriptions that require a signature.

  • The file contains a maximum of 100 prescriptions.

  • If there are more than 100, the process must be repeated.

Actions:

  • Download Prescriptions : Starts the download of the ZIP file


Step 2 – Check and Sign

Description:

  • Extract the downloaded ZIP file locally.

  • Open and review each PDF prescription.

  • Sign each prescription and do not change the filename, except for adding _sig at the end (e.g. prescription123_sig.pdf).


Step 3 – Upload Prescriptions

Description:

  • Click Select Files to choose all signed PDF files.

  • After selecting, a file preview will appear.

  • Completing the upload will mark all prescriptions as signed in the system.

Action:

  • Select Files : Opens the file browser to select signed PDFs
