The "Patient Overview" tab in the Doctor’s Portal provides a structured list of all patients recorded in the system. From the Actions menu, you can access detailed
patient profiles and their corresponding prescriptions.
1. Patient List – Overview
A tabular listing of all patients with basic information:
Column | Description |
UID | Unique system ID for identifying the patient |
Name | First and last name of the patient |
Date of Birth | Birth date in YYYY-MM-DD format |
Actions | Button to open the detailed view of the selected patient |

under Actions: Opens the patient detail view
2. Patient Profile – Detailed View
Clicking the icon in the Actions column loads the full patient file.
Patient Information

Patient Notes
Internal comment section for documenting patient history notes:
Write new note: Free text input field
Is Internal (checkbox): Marks the note as internal only
Send button: Saves and records the entry

List of all previous prescriptions or orders for the patient:
