The Settings section in the RxScale Admin Tool is divided into three tabs:
Users, Pharmacy Users, and Shops. This is where you manage who can access the platform, which pharmacies are connected, and which shop instances are integrated.
1. Users – Manage Admin Access
This tab lists all admin users who have access to the RxScale Admin Tool.
Columns in the overview:
Column | Description |
Name | Full name of the admin user |
Actions | Delete button to remove a user |
Actions:
Delete: Permanently removes the user from the systemSearch: Search for users by name
Add a new user:
+ Add New User: Opens a form to create a new admin accountUser name: Name of the new user
User email: Email address for login and notifications
Create User: Saves and creates the userClose: Closes the form without saving
2. Pharmacy Users – Manage Pharmacy Accounts
Here you manage users associated with a pharmacy who have access to prescription details.
Columns in the overview:

Name | Name of the user (e.g., pharmacy name or individual user) |
Pharmacies | Assigned pharmacy |
Created At | Date of creation |
Updated At | Last updated date |
Actions | Edit and delete buttons |

Edit: Opens the user profile for editingDelete: Removes the pharmacy userSearch: Filter by name or pharmacy in real time
Add a new pharmacy user:
+ Add Pharmacy User: Opens a form to create a new pharmacy userEmail: Login email address
Name: Display name
Connected Pharmacies: Select from available pharmacies
Submit: Saves the new accountCancel: Cancels the action
3. Shops – Manage Shop Integrations
The Shops tab displays all connected webshops through which orders are received.
Columns in the overview:
Column | Description |
URL | Direct link to the connected shop |
Identifier | Technical identifier of the shop (e.g., Shopify subdomain) |
Type | Platform type (e.g., Shopify) |
Created At | Date of shop integration |
Updated At | Last modification date |
Currently, there are no direct editing or deletion options via the interface – changes must be made through support or technical integrations.
