Patient Management – The “Patients” Section

A complete overview of all patient data.

The “Patients” tab provides a comprehensive list of all patients whose data has been collected through orders or questionnaires in the system. Here you can view, edit, and manage patient records.

1. Patient Overview

After clicking on “Patients”, you’ll see a table listing all saved patient records.

Columns in the overview:

Column

Description

Name

First and last name of the patient

Date of Birth

Birthdate (format: YYYY-MM-DD)

Actions:

  • Search field: Filters entries live as you type a name

  • Clicking on a name: Opens the detailed view for the selected patient


2. Patient Details

After selecting an entry, the detail page for the respective patient opens. Here, all available personal data can be reviewed and managed.

Main Information:

Description

Name / Surname

Full name of the patient

Date of Birth

Date of birth

Sex

Gender (male / female / other)

Phone Number

Provided phone number (if available)

Additional System Data:

Field

Description

Total Orders

Number of orders associated with the patient

Last Order

Timestamp of the last order (with direct link)

Actions per Field:

Icon / Button

Function

Edit the respective field

Delete the respective field from the record


Comments and Internal Log

At the bottom of the page, you’ll find a section for internal communication and notes.

Area

Description

Leave a comment

Add an internal comment about the patient’s history

Internal Log (checkbox)

Marks the comment as an internal log entry

POST

Saves the comment with a timestamp


Usage Notes

  • Patient data is typically created automatically through completed questionnaires.

  • You can edit, supplement, or delete existing data at any time.

  • Comments and logs are useful for tracking follow-ups or special cases internally.

  • Patient information is also accessible through linked Orders.
